Hey everyone,
I've been trying to build some mass while making sure the weight gain isn't fat. So I've been eating 7 smallish meals a day that have protein in each meal. I've noticed that I've been going to the washroom a lot, sometimes 3-4 times a day! Is this my body telling me I'm eating too much protein or too much in general?
Here's my sample day.
1)Glass of OJ with scoop of protein powder
2)3 egg whites, glass of milk, and slice of toast
3)subway 7g of fat menu item
4)chicken breast & brocolli
5)beef with some sort of vegetables
6)Glass of OJ with scoop of protein powder
7)Baked potato and small chilli from wendy's.
I'm a pretty fit guy, 5'6'' and 130 pounds. I want to pack on some muscle but lately I've noticed that my stomach isn't flat as it was a month ago. I want to put on muscle/weight and still get a 6-pack. Am I eating too much? too little?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
