I like Dannon light vanilla (80 cals a cup) with some black berries or chopped up bananas. Yum

What's your mix?

I love granola in my yogurt...haven't had it in a while though.

I have yogurt everyday and it's usually mixed with Kashi GoLean Almond cereal and fresh blackberries. Some days I'll mix it up and have the yogurt with a chopped-up apple or grapes. I tried this new cereal, Nature Valley Crunchy and that is really good mixed with yogurt.

one of my favorite desserty things is lemon chiffon yogurt with some blueberries or raspberries mixed in - served in a martini glass.

Grape nuts cereal mixed into any flavor of yogurt helps to soften up the hard crunchy things and gives it some body

All Bran extra fiber cereal (something like 18 grams of fiber and only 50 calories a serving) mixed into yogurt is also really good...

any cereal will do, I hate milk on cereal but yogurt on it makes it really tasty.

crushed walnuts into Activa Light Vanilla Yogurt! So good. And I love yogurt as the "sauce" for fruit salad!!!

yeah i agree about the yoghurt and fruit salad i can't get enough of that. sliced apple with yoghurt is also one of my favourites and it fills me up properly so that i dont feel like snacking.

Mike.

Call me a freak but I am not a huge fan of yogurt. We have this stuff with vanilla in it and that's OK but i won't go out of my way to choose it. Yuck

My current favorite yogurt treat is vanilla Activa yogurt blendered up with some milk, fruit & a little splenda & popped into my icecream maker till frozen. So delicious & you get a lot of yum for your calories!

I like to mix my yogurt with frozen fruit in the blender until I have a nice thick creamy wonderfully fruity snack!!:)

I add a couple teaspoons of flax seeds to my yogurt. It adds a bunch of Omega-3 EFA's to your snack. I put in the seeds whole, or you can grind them up first.

Maybe not the absolute tastiest way to eat yogurt, but I don't mind it.

Non-fat plain yogurt with any combination of the following.......cinnamon, wheat germ, oat bran, ground flax seed, vanilla or chocolate whey powder, walnuts, almonds, cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc. Frozen berries make it almost like ice cream..............hmmmm, now I'm hungry!

Some great some great suggestions to try. I guess this is obvious but the best things to add are fresh and added at the time of preparation and not the prepackaged stuff added at the factory (at least for me, but there may be fans of the prepackaged fruit who like it best that way).

Yogurt

I like to have full fat plain yogurt topped with a little bit of sea salt or honey.
