What do you guys think about these?

I've been weight training seriously for about 6 months now, proper diet, workout routine, etc etc.. I recently considered taking creatine so I went down to my local GNC and the guy suggested these 2 supplements..

For the Cr5 the guy said it has a more pure form of creatine and different types which would prevent liver damage supposedly whereas the other powder forms after being used for a while would damage the liver.

Is there any truth to what this guy told me? Is the product any good? It was quite a bit more expensive than the normal powder form creatine.

Creatine is creatine there is no better kind. There are lots of options on how to drain your wallet with magical delivery systems/transports etc.. But when it comes down to it. I have yet to see scientific studies proving that bonding creatine with stuff makes it any better than straight up monohydrate. Sure there are patents, but what does that prove? honestly.. the bowflex is patented.

Thats just my opinion.

Yup, stick with basic creatine monohydrate, and you'd save a lot of money buying it online. The nitro whatever it is will only help in giving you a pump for a little longer than usual, but nothing more - I'm not a fan. just my opinion though as well.

GNC isn't a very good deal for your money either.
