What do you feel are the best joint health supplements on the market?

I am 58 year old I love to play tennis, swim, and walk around the neighborhood for fun. Unfortunately, I have found that my knee and elbow have been hurting, and I am looking for something that will help my joints. Can anyone recommend something for me?

Thanks

At your (our) age the activity you have been doing needs to be supplemented by weight/strength training. If you join a gym check with a good trainer on your fitness goals and life style so an appropriate routine can be established. From my own experience (59) joint pain is a sign of muscle weakness in the affected areas. You can develop a plan specific to the activities and sports you participate in regularly. Body weight training is perfect for mature athletes who don't want or belong to a gym. I have never found a supplement that can replace fitness and strength.

Re:

Having had a long relationship with joint pain, I have tried every possible joint health supplement there is. I don’t recommend any one specifically. Try many and see which one works best for you! I use Osteo Bi-flex and Joint Juice alternately!

Re

I have been taking Move Free Advanced. There are other tablets available like Zyflamend, Celadrin and Cosamin Ds. I think all are good.

Based on your comments across multiple forums where I posted my question, it seems that these products are most recommended for joint health:

Zyflamend
Celadrin
Move Free Advanced
Joint Juice
Osteo Bi-flex

Thank you all for your help, I am going to look into them. Perhaps if the information is useful I can post it for the benefit of all.
