What do you do when you need to take it to the next level?

Hi. I'm here because I've been running and cycling more intensively for a little over a year now, and I'm proud to say that everything is going well for me. My legs and lungs feel stronger and when I get into the zone, it's not hard for me to stay motivated. The problem is that I feel like I've reached a cap at what my body can do/how toned it is. I feel like I wear my particularly unique body size well (5'0", 120-130 lbs), but want to be even more toned. I work out alone and have problems staying motivated sometimes, because I don't know where I'm at in terms of how fit I should be. What do you guys do to stay motivated? What do you guys do to work out even harder when you know that you've reached a cap? Thanks.

i also have been running since last year. After some time i faced same problem when i started, i was getting demotivated and could not get cross my routine, then i started to run with a group of friends who were doing very well and i felt very motivated.by doing this i broke the cap that was irritating me for some time. try to be the part of a group or get your partner with you.

If you are running and cycling that much its time to set some race goals! Nothing will get you motivated faster than signing up for a race. Once that money is put out you'll want to follow through, and do it to the best of your ability. I second getting some like-minded buddies to train with. Find others who train for races and are interested in going to the "next level" as well.

I used to listen my most favorite music while running or cycling. The song i usually listen is greatly motivational. But my intention are several. Those are described below:

• I want to start my each day with positve note.
• Listening music is make me motivated and
• I do not feel bored while listening music and running/ cycling.

If you like my method then you may try follow.
