OK,I started exercising on Monday after taking a long two month break from my first try. I am going to the gym and doing 90 minutes of machines and than I jog at the track 2 miles. My goal is to loose the weight and then build muscle and sculpt my body. What I ate today was a bowl of cereal and chopped bananas for breakfast with a glass of orange juice. Then I went to the gym. For lunch at wor I had a can of tuna,plain, with half a tomato. i drank about 5 glasses of water and a cup of diet coke. I than had a banana for dessert. For dinner I had a grilled white bread roll and a bowl of broccoli with a tomato. I then felt so hungry that I had some animal crackers and a turkey, roast beef and mustard sandwich on wheat bread and two slices of swiss cheese DOH! Is this alright Am I overeating? I think what I need is a grocery list for next time my mom goes grocery shopping to buy more healthy foods cause I have more junk food in my house than healthy food so the supply is short and I am turning to junk food to crave my hunger.
