What can i eat?

I'm a big eater. I could seriously eat everythign in site everyday. It takes alot to dent my appitite, and then once i do 30 minutes latter I'm hungry.

I have ADHD and i have been taking Aderall. One of the side effects is that I don't feel hungry.

I want to get into a ruitine where I can eat ALOT when I want to eat, and not have to eat when I don't want to.

I was wondering if it was good just to skip a meal completely to lose weight would be a good thing?

If I eat a sugared cereal, and then skip lunch. Then had a good balanced dinner, is it possible that i could still lose weight, or would that be crash dieting?

Also I was wondering what I could eat when i have my monsterious appitite. I'm on a tight budget, so it cant be expensive.​
 
Don't think about how much you are eating but the types of foods you are eating. Skip the sugary cereal and replace it with a fruit and a high fiber/protien cereal like Kashi. It will keep your energy up much longer and usually supresses hunger longer as well.
As far as skipping meals goes, I'd avoid it. Try to eat 3 main meals a day and occasional snacks, watching your carlories. Or 5-6 small meals a day with no snacks. Finding the right diet for you can take some time, just keep trying!
