what can i do to substitute my workout for the time being?

basically my friend has dumbbells/a barbell/a bench press

and i do all my workouts round his like 3 times a week (we're best friends so we hang out alot anyway)

basically we got exams atm and we dont have time for me to come round to do weights

i can still do my cardio but at home all i have is pretty light dumbbells...

i dont know how i can replicate my bicep/tricep/chest workout with no equipment!

anyone know any good exercises to keep myself exercising for each of these areas without any equipment?
