What brand multivitamin do you use?

Just wondering what brand everyone takes for their multivitamin. It would be great if you could let me know where you get it and for what price too :D

my fav multi is the centrum silver and i get it at costco. i think it is ~$18 for 270 capsules. i'm currently trying the kirkland premium performance multivitamin (~$12 for 300 capsules) but i dont like it as much as the centrum =/
 
I have Centrum at the moment but bought some multibonita?spelling?

the other day becuse it was on offer, can't remember how much i paid but i am from uk anyway

just curious but what effects do you see that allow you to like or not like a vitamin?

through my years i have not ever noticed a difference with taking different vitamins (or even taking them vs not taking them)
im currently taking the men's one a day
 
i think the kirkland one is too strong?? it basically has the same stuff in it as the centrum multi but this one hurts my stomach sometimes. i HAVE to take it with food whereas the centrum i didn't necessarily have to. stupid crap like that =)
 
Life Force by Source Naturals. has one of the highest bio-availability and absorption rates, a good ratio, and doesn't break the bank.

is where I buy mine.

mega men is way over priced, and centrum is actually pretty crappy.
 
I use Alive Whole Food Energizer Multi Vitamin by Nature's Way.

It's absorbed about 5 times faster than Centrum or any store brand MV.

Hmm...the Centrum hurts me for about 15-20 mins right after taking it. I take it once a day after a meal. I'm not too pleased with it.

i forgot which one but i also used to get wierd stomach pains at times taking a certain vitamin that i even quit taking them for a while
im taking Men's One a Day now and it doesnt give me pain
 
Right now I am taking Equate Mens one a day from Walmart. Not sure if its any good or not but I havent noticed any problems. My wife takes Optimal's multi and they are supposed to be great

juice plus... it is made from whole food sources and has a green complex
