What are your thoughts on NO2

Eh no clue what is NO2

Hemodilator, if I am not mistaken. It depends what your goals are. If you want to look pumped and ripped at all times, then it's great. If you couldn't care less how you looked, you just want strength, then it's probably not for you.

as LeiYunFat said, NO2 makes you look buff, but it doesn't make you buff. It just dialates blood vessels to give you a fake pump for a few hours.

Although, if you have problems saluting the flag in the bedroom, an NO2 product could be beneficial from what I've read.

Ok, I did some searching and found almost all negative thoughts on it. I will not waste my money. Thanks for all your replies.

The alternative would be to buy some MSM (the original methylated product and good for your joints) and some arginine. These two together will create a methylized arginine so you can have teh pump and get a good benefit....hahaha...I'm all about the functional carryover. :p ;)

Personally NO2 or NO2 bi-products are pretty damn good. It gives you a bit of a pump which really you should be able to have in the gym anyways but besides that I've used this multiple times and have no complaints ;)

I did not mean they were not good. From what I found they are very good at what they are meant to do. I guess what I meant was that I found that the results were only temporary. I cant see paying 60+ dollars to have a pump. I can just go to the gym and get real pump and build REAL muscle.

I've done no2 before and i had some results. It works and its a change from the other usual things like proetien and creatine supplements. If you dont mind spending the money i would go ahead and try it out. Theres always gonna be opposing opinions on things such as these. You cant take sides until you try it i would say.

it has its place IMHO but is level 4 or after the other 3 bases. that puts it in the rich guy who has bought everything category and is looking for that last 1/10th of a percentage change.

in other words... worthless for the average user.

IMHO
cheers

I put NO2 products on my list of stuff to buy right after I outfit myself with tons of bio-magnetic braclets, necklaces, etc.

I mean you gotta have your aura all even'd out before you advance to the next stage: NO2 enlightenment!

(In case your sarcasm meters are broken on this cold Monday morning...the above was stated tongue-in-cheek)

I have used this and plenty of other people I know. It worked for some people and didn't for others. I would stick with the basics. It didn't really improve performance.
