I am trying to lose fat. I know so many people who took ephedra/caffine and lost weight by doing NOTHING. My question is is it safe to take while weight training.
I have lost a lot of fat but im building muscle way faster than im losing fat. My bench and squat go up almost every time I go to the gym and my muscles are getting bigger. My strength level is going through the roof but the fat just stays put.
My body fat last time I had it checked was 31.1% (was 39.8% when I first started weight training)
I DO NOT want to put my health at risk. The Ephedra im looking is 25mg per tablet. The Caffeine is 200mg per tablet.
