What are your opinions on Ephedra/Caffeine for fat loss?

I am trying to lose fat. I know so many people who took ephedra/caffine and lost weight by doing NOTHING. My question is is it safe to take while weight training.

I have lost a lot of fat but im building muscle way faster than im losing fat. My bench and squat go up almost every time I go to the gym and my muscles are getting bigger. My strength level is going through the roof but the fat just stays put. :mad:

My body fat last time I had it checked was 31.1% (was 39.8% when I first started weight training)

I DO NOT want to put my health at risk. The Ephedra im looking is 25mg per tablet. The Caffeine is 200mg per tablet.
 
my personal opinion is that E/C does well but its better utilized when one gets closer to their goal. looks like you are making great progress so far, keep doing what you're doing. it seems to be working

as for safety, there is a long list of "DO NOT TAKE IF" concerning it. if one or more apply to you, dont take it.
