whats the proper division or percentage of protiens/carbs/fats for dietary intake when cutting and bulking? ive seen so many different fomulas and some seem so insanely outrageous its got to be unhealthy!!! for example the USDA recommends i get 479 g carbs, 80 g protein, and 106 g fat ??? that seems like a lot of fat/carbs compared to protein intake. whats a good basic ratio to start with that i can adjust to my energy needs?
