For the first week or so of sticking to a plan, it's pure will power. Repeat the same eating habits day in day out and eventually it will become habit and you won't think about it. Good luck

My.net diary or my fitness pal are good ways to plan meals ahead of time. If you plan every meal before you eat it you will never eat poorly(if your like me), it's more just a matter of making sure you do plan everything you eat.
