what are the benefits?
Which ones should you be taking if you want to lose weight, keep it off, lose inches, keep it off and get lean muscles?

The only real supplements that you need are a good whey protein powder, good EFA such as flax or fish oil, and dextrose for PWO nutrition IMO.

As long as you have your diet and training dialed in correctly, you should not have to add any other supps other than maybe creatine if you think it will benefit you. If your diet and training isn't in check, supps will have little benefit.
