Sport What are some things to boost your energy??

I already started taking multivitamins! I heard they're good. What are some stuff to take before a workout so I can have alot of energy in my workouts. You know so I won't get so tired as easily, so I don't give up fast!

Vitamins don't give you energy. B vitamins help release energy over time but they're not going to give any pre-work out boost.

Just calories, so eat light or consume a lot of liquid calories about an hour before you work-out. Carbs burn the fastest.

Sugar burns nice and quick for a boost right before a work-out. Some people also take caffeine as it helps you burn calories quicker.
