Hi I'm 15 and in realitivly good shape. My question concerns healthy nutrietion and eating. What are carbs? What to they do. I'm confused over conflicting things that I have heard. One thing I have heard is that they inhibit the burning of fat, but then i've also heared that you need carbs to burn fat. Which is true if any or both. Which foods are high in carbs and should not be eaten regularly?
My secound question is how to eat healthy at my age. I dont plan to go on a diet but is dieting at my age healthy? and if so what type of diet. Thanx for your help.
