Sport What, and how much food to get abs the fastest

Sport Fitness
I havent forgotten your recipes for the more healthy alternative "cheat" food items....(geesh cant spell)......been real busy...Im working on this.

But to answer your question.

There is no specific food item that is going to reveal the ab core. Its a function of low body fat (and body composite willing), and having an edaquate deficit diet (to reduce tissue) that includse a very solid nucleaus of carbs, good fats, and protein.

Eat clean and have a plan in place for your individual weaknesses in reference to foods you crave that you shouldnt, but want to eat from time to time. (<---I cant stress this segment enough) The key issue, is to provide enough nutrients for the body, while at the same time, limiting the energy (calories are energy units), and the body will look elsewhere because of the deficit in energy---this is in basic fundelmental set (but sometimes the dieter may have to do certain others things when the body adjusts itself over time.)

If its the abs you desire, put the diet in order first, create a diet journal, and develop and then schedule a full body workout plan (which includes cardio if you wish)

I believe in letting the workout (or training activities) be the main cause of the diet deficit, but it doesnt have to be done this way to create the deficit.

Lean chicken, salmon, white and dark tuna, lean beef, lean ham, lean turkey, fatfree (refined sugar free) yogurts, brown long grain rice, oatmeal, malto-meal (pure wheat base), carefully selected whole wheat breads (without bad oils, refined sugar and HFC), whole wheat pita breads, salads with various veggies, whole grains, nuts (walnut, almonds), natrual Peanut butter (calorie dense be careful with it), whole fruits(raisins, Grapefruit, apples, etc), fiber-one cereal, selected pita chips (baked), fat free cotto, low-fat milk, and stay away from refined sugar as much as feasibly possible. Replace it with a sweetner you like or are compfortable with. This is just a few suggetions.........

nice answer chillen..>>

and for the ratios' some ppls wont agree, some will..... It has been proven in studies that during a low carbohydrate and high fat diet, the oxidation of fat is increased during exercise, (more fat is burned). Additionally, fat is a much more highly concentrated source of energy than carbohydrates.

500 Calories under maintenance daily
High Protein (40% of total calories)
Low Carbs (20% of total calories)
High Fat (40% of total calories

Sample: 2000 Calories Daily

200 Grams of Protein
100 Grams of Carbs
90 Grams of Fat

The diet is the ultimate king of tissue gain or loss and the nutrients can be a decision maker in many different bodily functions as well as mental functions.

This is critical knowledge to learn and apply:

Take the time to educate your self on the approximation science of how many calories are burned on differing exercises.

Take the time to educate yourself on the approximation science of learning your maintenance line that has your activity levels adjoined, and I believe one needs to also learn the base rate (the base amount of calories needed just for living, breathing, organ function, and the alike)---separate---from the Maintenance Line---to have an idea of the activity level separation from the base rate (and most sites do this separation).

Its ALL ABOUT THE DIET...........Get the caloric content for yourself sorted out, and back off 300 to 500 calories from your Maintenance Line (ACTIVITIES Included)

Did someone say recipes? :)

Here's turkey chili I make a lot - tastes great, is healthy, and easy to make. If you don't already own a crockpot I'd suggest getting one. It's great for making freezer friendly meals without too much trouble.
