I AM STUCK AND FRUSTRATED. i cant seem to lose weight. i drink water. i have multivitamins. its been about a month and NOTHING. anybody have any advice, please????????!!!!!!

sometimes, it can take some time before your efforts are noticable. I know it was about a month after my calorie counting before I actually started losing anything too. Another possibility is that you are losing fat, but you can't tell yet because you are gaining muscle at the same time, which is heavier than fat. Maybe invest the dollar or two in a tape measure to see if you're actually getting smaller?

In any case, keep it up, its hardest to get started. It'll come eventually.

Hi Skyler. First I want to say that I also use Fitday.com and I love it! I agree with Beagle. The first week I lost 5 pounds and then nothing for over a month. However, I did measure my chest waist hips at the beginning and at the end of that month there was definitely a difference. Honestly, don't stress it too much! Keep on doing your best and look at your size and how you're feeling, not just the scale!

Some people dont achieve weight loss right away. For some, you build up you fitness first, and when you body recognises that it no longer needs the fat, it will just melt off. Just keep up the good work

At one point, it took two months of exercising and counting calorie before I lost weight. But after that it was pretty consistent. So just keep at it. The results will show.
