I currently have some problems with my overhead press, my t-spine is properly aligned, so is my lumbar spine and I have almost got my scapula in the correct neutral position. My rotator cuffs are doing well too, i have been the 3 basic rotator cuff excercises with a low weight and well away from failure.
my issue with my overhead press is trying to keep the barbell 180 degrees from my chest, so straight up without bending my upper body backwards.
after a bit of research i found it may be to do with my acromion, is there any way of determining what type (flat, curved or hooked) of acomion i have WITHOUT an x-ray?
thanks,
