what about the back

Hello,
I have a problem with my back because I grew a lot in the last couple of years.
well, what is the problem? I'll tell you, my scapula are sticking out and the backbone is bend too much inside...
Doctors and physiotherapists I met over the years say it's just growing and wrong position of sitting (hmm...yes, a problem) but do not have the correct exercises.

If someone can help me with the exercises to get my back straight again, you would help me a lot since it's starting to anoy me very bad.

I got access to a gym, if you want me to list the machines there, give me a shout
