Hi, everyone. I have been working on losing weight since May 2017. Since then, I have lost 75 pounds. I look and feel fantastic but have further to go. I still want to lose 30-40 more pounds. I've recently hit a plateau and thought I would make some changes to the way I'm approaching my transformation.

Having said that, I thought a forum like this would be helpful in reaching my goals. After working hard over the past 13 months, I have really gotten bored with the whole process. I need to energize myself to work harder again to get past this month. It has just gotten harder as my social life has almost vanished since I've been so strict on myself. I rarely have lunch or dinner dates with friends during the week. I limit my cheat meals and alcohol consumption to the weekend.

Before, I was okay with this stricter lifestyle because I had a lot of huge wins with the weight loss. The pounds were falling off constantly. Now I struggle all month long and may drop one or two pounds total. Now that I'm able to find clothes more easily and am in a somewhat normal weight range, I don't have the some motivation I did. I feel kind of satisfied because I no longer have to shop in big and tall. Before, it was like a reward to get into each new size but that's no longer much of a factor for me.

I'm now at the point that I need to lose these last pounds to look good shirtless since I feel ok with where I am now with clothes on. Has anyone else been in this place? What did you do to kickstart again?
