Well i dont know if this is the right area or even the right forum site but.....

Well i dont know if this is the right area or even the right forum site but the reason im here is because i have over the last 13 months gone from 190 (age 15) to 145 (age 16) im not looking to lose anymore weight but more im looking to lose the random the flab (no other words i can think of but i think you get it). can you guys please help me with this?

i currently run for 45mins a day do 100sit ups and abou 50 push ups. Thanks for your time.

Yeah, read around and decide on your goals. If you've lost that much weight in one year and still have any fat at all on your body then you've probably lost muscle too! In my opinion you're very underweight unless you're about 5' tall.

p.s. Try looking for articles regarding overtraining and diet

i had the same exact situation about a year ago. running is very good, do more pushups, 50 isnt a lot at all, do 3 sets of 50 if you can, or 5 sets of 30, but do ~150 pushups a day. be careful with the situps, if you do them wrong they actually wont work, also do leg raises (lie on your bed/ground and slowly raise your legs until they are 90 degrees and slowly bring them back, do this as much as you can)

Dont do that!

If you do that many crunches and leg lifts and all that push up **** then your just being counter productive. Using that ammount of volume on your abdominals isnt going to help just like it wouldnt help on any other muscle group. You need to read the stickies and put together a boyweight programme. Get on bodybuilding.com and look through the exercises, construct a plan then post it to be pulled apart.

The reason that doing so many pushups isnt good is because your not training for hypertrophy and strength your only training muscluar endurance.

Join a gym!

As you run, hold your abs tight. Try to make it a habit, I believe a lot of the flab you speak of is just loose skin that hasn't tightened up yet right? Well, bulk up a bit, fill it with muscle, but also, don't just let it all hang out, it keeps it stretched out and will not tighten up. Unfortunately, sometimes the elasticity of the skin in genetic, (if you mom never lost the "belly" after being pregnant, even though she lost the weight, this may be your problem).

As for actual tips on what you should do, seems you are doing great. You may want to gain some more muscle, but that is up to you. How TALL are you? And there is plenty of info here, so read around a bit.
