Have I been gaining weight because I'm depressed, or have I been depressed because I'm gaining weigh? well I don't know. all i know is I want to change my life and losing weight can improve my lifestyle.
I was in-shape when I was in my early twenty but now I've gained more than 20 kg (I'm 28 now).
well I mentioned in my profile I'm a master student so I don't have much time to exercise on a daily basis. However I do my best to do it and encourage people.
 
Exercising is important for brain function. Having a good morning workout will improve your capacity for learning. Even 15-20m workout can make a huge difference. You'll find that you are more focused and "sharp". Try to make some time for it, if you can.
