Weights for speed/strength

If I wanted to weightlift to be more faster and stronger and more explosive, what kind of rep scheme should I do?.like I am cutting right now at the moment. Is it possible to lift for speed and stronger and explosivness while you cut?

Also, what could be an example program I could be using.
 
3-5 sets of 3-5 reps. =)

some examples - power clean, deadlift, seated row, squat, pull up, etc. any multi joint exercise. (no machine exercises)
 
If your an experienced lifter (lifting over a year at least) and really want to increase explosiveness, try for powerlifting. It will incorporate a dynamic day and a max effort day. On the dynamic day you use a light weight and lift for speed--that builds explosiveness. The max day is self explanatory. If you like what you see, leave a comment at
