weightloss issues?

Hey all I'm new here,

Just wanted to ask you guys if you have any tips on losing weight? The last time I lost weight was about 2 years ago, I was about 87kg but my highest was 91kg and I managed to get down to about 73kg. Right now fluctuating between 73kg to 71kg. I've tried all possible things. Weight loss pills, exercising, gym and nothing seems to work! The lowest I got to was about 70kg and then it goes all the way back up again! I do exercise at night time. Mostly I want to work on my back hips and chest area. It's really hard atm and I can't fit into any of my smaller clothes. I have a medical condition aswell so that may affect my weight slightly also. I used to be about 68kg and after that I gained 20 kilos during the Christmas period where I was still quite ill. What am I doing wrong? Recently been doing belly exercises using weights (dumb bells) but it's still really hard. I find so much satisfaction feeling lighter and smaller when losing weight. Please help! My goal is to get to 50kg ! But I will be happy at around 60-65 kg. thanks again for reading!! xxx
 
I have a medical condition that does mess with my metabolism, and makes it more difficult to lose weight...I have always fluctuated though and after my youngest *he just turned one* I just got tired of wishing it would just go away on its own...I think one major important thing is having support. People who will tell you to put the french fries down and hand you an orange instead..and to know when you are hungry and when you are bored. Counting calories can be a useful tool...if you are not used to excercising..I would suggest starting off slow...something to get you in the groove of a new lifestyle... the weight did not come on over night so it isnt going to go away over night either...above all have patience with yourself and the process...if you are determined..it will happen... <3
