weightgainers

i dont know much about weightgainers but isnt it just like eating a lot of junk food? cause i was looking at the nutrional facts and it has like 150g sugar, 99mg of Cholesterol, 10 g of saturated fats.
 
YOu don't need a weight gainer. Just eat food. If you have trouble eating sufficient calories, then look into buying a MEal Replacemnet Shake Mix.
 
yea, weight gainers are just full of sugar. making your own liquid drinks are alot better.

but ppl need to say these for last, it shouldnt be the first thing they turn to. first thing they need to do is start increasing meals and/or servings. then go to liquid calories when more food isnt possible.
