Hi all im brand new to this forum, and I have a few questions, first I was wondering what kind of weight training regime I should include with my cardio, I am looking to eventualy participate in fitness competitions. As of right now I have been doing an hour of cardio 6 days a week, and abs twice a week, along with a cleaner diet. So far I have lost 11 pounds. My boyfriend is a bodybuilder though and he can't really help me. So I was wondering when and what kind of weight training should include.
Secondly, I know I have more fat to lose, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on improving my diet, which as of right now is:
Wake up (6:45-7:00) 4 hard boiled eggs, Banana
9:30 1/2 cup plain yogurt w/ stawberries, and protien shake
12:00 Salad, with either chicken or tuna fish, 3-4 oz Asparugus, and peppers, water, 3 oz Yam
2:00 MRD myoplex
after cardio Protien shake w/ pineapple juice
9m 4 oz chicken or fish, 3-4oz asparugus, small salad.
Any links or info is greatly appreciated, and I really like the board so far!
