Weight Training During the School Year

I've been working out regularly with the WS4SB regimen during the summer. Now that school's begun, I haven't been able to work out. My weight training club has just recently begun and I plan on attending it. Being in grade 12, I'm extremely busy and only have time to go to the weight room 2 times a week, 3 if I'm lucky. Some goals that I have are to increase my speed and hops before the basketball season and to bulk up. I would like to know how I could use those 2 to 3 days a week most effectively.
