Hi guys i had a little look around and couldn't find anything like this post, but am sure its been asked before.
I have recently started getting back to the gym, just with Cardio to loose my beer belly, and the results are going to plan, but i have now started to introduce weights, i was thinking of doing say,
Monday -Weights
Tuesday - HITT
Wednesday - Weights
Thursday - HITT
Friday - Weights
Saturday & Sunday off..
Would this be a good way of still getting rid of my little podge, and gaining muscle mass as well.
Also wondering if it would be possible to do HITT after Weights, but i am not sure how this would affect my body and mass gain.
