Hellow,

Im wondering if someone here got any experience with weight luse.

The problem is, my grandma, shes 65years old and she need to luse
weight becuase of one operation witch she will have next year.
So here statistic:
-95kg
-about 160cm high

And she need to luse about 20kg, thats what her doctor said, because operation its on her legs so if shes to heavy they cudnt even do it.

So now im wondering if she could use some fatburners, or just diet or,.. well i dont have any ideas so if you guys have any i would appreciated.

Regrets Jaka!

Considering her age, I will not suggest to use any fatburners or pills. Rather go natural.

Dieting is the best option. Suggest that she has oatmeal to replace her carbo intake. Personally, I have plain oatmeal for breakfast. Then, for dinner, I replace rice with oatmeal. I have light dinner with just soup (it can be any kind of soup - corn soup, fish soup, mushroom soup, spinach soup or cabbage soup etc). Then, I add the oatmeal (about 4 - 5 spoonfuls) to the boiled soup. Let it boil for a few seconds and it can be served.

I have this diet during my pregnancy and my gynae says it's very healthy. So, it is confirmed good!

Next, I suggest that she try to walk as an exercise. She need not have to do long distance. But little at a time and slowly increases. Walking is a good form of exercise and it will not cause her any stress.

All the best for her weight loss success!

cheers!
