Weight maintaining suggestions

Hi all,
I lastly reached my weight goal: 70 kg. I lost almost 20 kg since February 2017. I was on a calories decrease (under 2k cal) all through that time. irregular Fasting (IF) helped me a lot with that. When I read the [Link Removed] on weight loss here comes the question: Now that I am no longer on calories deficit and I want to keep up my weight, should I drop IF?
Any suggestions are welcome :)
