Welcome to the forum, Zaika. I think most of us love to eat. Try cutting down on the things you know you should & ease your way into it.
 
Drinking a large glass of water half an hour before eating your meals, or having a low-cal bowl of veggie soup or salad (not doused in high-fat, high-sugar dressing) as a starter are things that might help you naturally control your portions.
 
At least it doesn't include the spammy link that he normally follows this list with...
