I am new here. i am trying to lose weight. If i eat 1800 calories a day and burn 6oo through denise austin and treadmill is that enough calories to burn to lose weight or do i have to burn 1800 or more a day. ;)
 
you DO have to burn more than 1800 a day, but you have to remember that just sitting still and digesting food burns calories. All the activities you do in a day will be used to calculate how many calories you burn in a day.
