Weight Loss

To be honest with you, the best plan for weight loss is proper diet (5-6 smaller healthy meals a day), lots of water and consistent exercise ( weight training w/ cardio is ideal). That would help you .. a) build muscle, b) burn fat and ..c) make you look and feel pretty darn good :) No weight loss supplements can compare with that. JMO.
 
Amen to that, after 40yrs of abusing my body I am starting to feel good again, and looking 15yrs younger...
