Weight loss with proper eating and without exercise

Hi everyone,

I am Asghar! and would like to have some advice on how to lose weight with good eating habits I mean what is healthier to eat, without going through all the sweat?

While it is possible to lose weight without exercising, should really re-consider that option as it will accelerate the process. More muscles = burning more fat. And really it depends on what route you want to go on dieting, you should maybe think of what you're willing to do. Some swear by calories, others swear by carbs, some allows anything in moderation, some are very strict. Some just juice or make smoothies. Vegetables, fiber rich foods are going to be your friend in the end, at least for me it is. What kind of eating habits do you have currently?
 
Thanks dudeitstime for your reply! right now I am using white meat, vegetables, brown bread.

Some time have crave for red meat and its my favorite, but some time.

Try to quit smoking and pops, but yet trying and no success!
 
What would be the best amount of calories per day for healthier diet? What kind of fruit or vegetables are best for weight loss?
 
Good luck with the quitting smoking.

A generally accepted rule is a 500 calorie deficit from your measurements.

Grapefruit, cantaloupe, pineapple, apple, blueberries can aid in weight loss.

Soda is really a bad thing. I should know, A lot of my excess weight comes from soda. The sugar content in the soda alone is rough, especially if you consume it to much. If I wasn't paying attention, I could easily drink 2 liters of soda in a day. All those calories and the sugar pushed me to or above my maintenance level for calories most every day, not to mention the body tends to store the sugar for energy if you don't burn it off through activity.

6 weeks in to my weight loss, I have only had two sodas (and just 1 serving each time). I cant say that I miss it all that much either. If you worry about missing caffeine, have some green tea.
 
Do you think it's only calories or Female Hormonal system called Leptin, which is responsible about metabolism
