Weight loss, weight maintenance, weight gain and muscle build

Hello everyone


I am new to this forum but so glad i found it. I sell programmes to people who want to lose weight, maintain there shape or gain weight/muscle.


I had twins 15 months ago now and it has taken me all that time to lose half a stone and that was either with fad diets, starving myself/slimming pills. My body was not getting all the vitamins and nutrients it needed. But as soon as i started on my programme i lost 6lb in 7 days, 5cm off my waist, 2cm off my legs and 1cm off my bust. I lost 1.8% of my body weight all in one week. Looking forward to my next weigh in on tuesday.


This is now my routine..


BREAKFAST- shake and personalised protein powder, fibre and herbs tablets, multivitamins and fat burning herbal tea


MID MORNING- healthy snack


DINNER- same as breakfast


MID AFTERNOON- snack


TEA- healthy dinner , fibre and herb tablets, multivitamins, herbal tea


If anyone would like some more info then please let me know and i will send some over to you. Its so good and easy to stick to i wish i had of know about it ages ago.

P.s i just want to help people like i helped myself. I lost what i did with minimal exercise as well as drinking a few glasses of wine per night when the kids where in bed.
 
Exercise, health diet plan , drink plenty of water are some of the basic routine which we can follow to get rid of the heavy weight problem.
 
Today's in the modern world this is most important thing how a man and a women loss his weight. Now a days every one take exercise causes of there fatness or fitness. there some tips doing better for your weight this are mansion blew



1. you can take exercise every day more than one hours.


2. You have take balance diet.


3. Walking in the morning is the best Pill to loss your weight.


4. You can't take over mill in a day.


5. and not sleeping too much.
 
Regular jog, eating healthy every few hrs which means never going hungry, lots of water & juices & a good night's sleep works for most people.
 
You are losing weight because you are relying on pills rather than real foods and you are eating less than your body's macro requirements. It's as simple as that.
 
Walking, running, cycling swimming all are good to maintain our health.

Just take good diet also its also very important for our health. so just consider on these things simple.
 
What i prefer is tons of cardios. I jog daily in the morning for an hour or may be two at times. Plus, i also do weight lifting at gym and that too after cardios. however, i keep a complete track of pre workout dosage that is I eat plenty of fruits early in the morning and an egg or two for sure.
