Been a long time reader and today I've had a reason to open an account and interact.
I have made a big money wager with a friend. To lose 10 kilograms in 12 weeks. The final weigh in will be on the 1st of July.
A few details about myself:
- Male
- 6ft 1in
- In average shape with quite a bit of fat to lose
- Current weight 97.5 Kilos
- Target Weight 87.5 Kilos
Now when it comes to nutrition I have that sorted. I know the right things to eat and what not to eat. The help and advice I need is for the exercise part. Should I stick to cardio? Or should I incorperate small weights/lots of reps? Also if I get to 3 or 4 days before the weigh in and I still have a kilo or 2 left to go. Should I just hit the steam room for a couple of hours in the morning before the weigh in?
All advice is greatly appreciated and I look forward to letting you know how I get on and sharing my experience!!
