Hi, Can anyone tell me the simplest exercises that I can do to lose weight? I am a businessman and barely have a time to go to the gym. So, I am looking for some ideas of workouts that I can perform at home.

Walking, biking, swimming...

Pushups - start on a bench / table / even wall and do the motions, then slowly lower yourself as you get stronger and better at supporting yourself.
Stepups - great for thighs and bum
Leg lifts - lay flat on back and lift legs (keep together and straight) - sounds easy but its bloody hard but brilliant for the lower abs.

Use tabata.

It's as simple as can be.

Run full out for 20 seconds. You can run on the spot if you want. Then 10 seconds of walking. Do this 8 times, or for four minutes.

The fat will melt off.

If you want a natural way of losing weight, then you definitely don't want to consider taking pills. Just do it by focusing on your daily nutrition and eating an appropriate portion size at meals. Instead of 3 large meals a day, focus on 5 small meals to keep your body constantly nourished so it doesn't go into "hunger" mode. Once you get a handle on your nutrition, try and get some form of cardio exercise a few times a week. Take it slow at first especially if you haven't worked out in a long time. Also be sure the exercise(s) you elect to do are fun and inspiring. Remember, you want to exercises regularly and consistently so it should be something you enjoy doing. If you're bored or irritated with the exercise you choose, then it probably won't last long.

Great to hear you're going to focus on losing weight and improving your health. Since you don't have time to go to the gym, you can always choose to do home calisthenics many routines you can find for free on YouTube. If you want a more professional and structured workout, there are a number of at-home DVD programs you can get and best yet, one that is to your liking and time frame. Don't forget you can also go running or biking around your neighborhood which are great cardio exercises too. Hopes this helps! Best wishes :)

In my opinion, warm up and extend legitimately before practicing to prevent harm and make your workouts more powerful. This warm-up and extending routine ought to take around 6 minutes. Besides this, you should consume proper diet. I used to prefer oolong tea in addition to all this for decreasing my weight.

I completely agree with your opinion, but to quickly lose the weight this is not the solution. I think for this we need some medications.

Doing one or two intensity circuits with plyometric exercises and lower intensity exercises mixed in will burn calories fast. One of my favourite routines can be done almost anywhere -
Find a staircase/ steps that are not too busy.
Jump up the steps in the squat position
Jump up sideways in the lunge position (make sure to do both sides)
Take the steps 3 or so at a time, using your glutes to really pull you up
Hold plank for a minute or do ten pushups

Repeat the circuit a number of times. It will get your heart rate up and burn a lot of calories. The best thing is that you can get a great workout in just a few minutes.

Ride a bicycle to do your errands or even to work, that's what I do, I commute back and forth from home to work near daily by bicycle.

Hey Elena,

I'm not in any way connected to them, but I know PopSugar Fitness has a ton of bodyweight home workouts posted on YouTube that you can just play and repeat what they're doing. I've done some myself and they're pretty challenging! Alternatively, I've heard good things about Insanity (paid), even though I've never done it myself.
