If you want a natural way of losing weight, then you definitely don't want to consider taking pills. Just do it by focusing on your daily nutrition and eating an appropriate portion size at meals. Instead of 3 large meals a day, focus on 5 small meals to keep your body constantly nourished so it doesn't go into "hunger" mode. Once you get a handle on your nutrition, try and get some form of cardio exercise a few times a week. Take it slow at first especially if you haven't worked out in a long time.
