The best way to lose weight is through physical excercise.Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health. It is performed for various reasons. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance and for enjoyment. Exercise provides many other health benefits and gives additional caloric burn, but if you don't control what you eat, you're not going to lose weight - no matter how much you exercise.

Are you sure the best way to lose weight isn't to use all bolded words?
 
Physical exercise is important.

But I personally did not start with this as I was simply to out of shape. I started with protein shakes and eased into exercise after a six month period.

At this stage it's all about tweaking to further enhance my eating selections and exercise program.

exercise is only one side of the story. if your looking to lose weight then you should be aiming for 30 mins plus at least 4 times a week. however if you do all that and don't watch what you eat you won't see results. i have managed to lose nearly 3 stone with the help of some diet programs that actually work combined with a lot of grelling gym workouts.

Exercise is definitely the best method to lose weight. Not only it is safe its result is guaranteed to last for a lifetime as well.
 
Person A can cut (depending on size) anywhere from 500-2000 calories. I know at my current weight, I can cut around 1500 a day and still be good.

Person B exercises to lose weight. You want to figure out how much exercise is needed for someone to burn 1500 calories every day?

Person C is smarter and doesn't listen to stupid claims like that and does BOTH.
