Hello everyone, I am not sure this is the right place to post this
I am a 22 year old 5ft 7 inches, chubby(belly and A cup moobs) male.
A little about myself, I was born in India, bought up in Dubai and studied in Canada. I used to be 120 kilos and in 3 months my weight reduced to about 60 kilograms and to the point I got sick and I had to gain weight. Now the issue is I managed to put weight back on and I ve become fat again at 80-90 kilos. All my clothes are tight now
I lost weight in Canada primarily because of everyday walking (20mins) to college/work and a lot of stress, but I would eat double cheese burgers almost every day for breakfast lunch dinner.
I have came back to Dubai in august, I play football(Soccer) every friday for 2 hours since landing here. I joined the gym yesterday and my workout consists of cycling treading mill (20mins), various general and weights, crunches and leg raises and this takes about 1hour - 1 and a half.
I have read the daily required calorie intake to loose weight is 2000 a day.
Today I have eaten 3 oranges(60 calories), 100g grapes ( 50 calories), cucumber ( 50 calorires), 2 fetah cheese ( 50 calories) = 380 and I ll probably eat something before sleeping so that puts it at 500 calories a day. Is this counter productive? I will try to avoid fast food and meat in general by primarily eating cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, grapes, oranges, lettuce etc and maybe bread butter before sleeping. But I have read avoiding meat is a bad idea.
My trainers, friends, facebook, google, are all giving me different diet plans and I am confused on the calories and what should I eat because I dont think I ll be consistent in the gym but I can be about my diet. Any one have a good diet plan to go with the exercise regiment. I have to loose weight by January 1st
