Weight loss stopped and I dunno why

hi

I kind of stopped losing weight I think, at first I was 77 kg and now 70, but last week, it went to 69.5 and i thought okay, the weight was going down again but now its back to 70 ( i am having my menses by the way). The thing is, people around me tell me that I have lost like alot of weight, I can get into some of my shirts and they look nicer now, but its my lower hip and thighs, I dunno what I am doing wrong, my face although is less chubby now is still CHUBBY...its been 6 months since i started my diet and exercise., in fact now I exercise more and my food is still in control. I have always been overweight from young, I am 27 years old now. I am like at the most desperate level to lose weight, now that I know I can lose it. But why is the weight loss is so slow, at the beginning, I use to be able to lose 1 kg within 2 weeks, now, even a month is not enough. Also, what kinda of exercise should I do for my lower hips and thighs, I have increased my running to 30 - 40 minutes, and then cross trainer for 20 minutes, lunges and leg press. I thought i would be able to lose more instead it stopped, I am so worried.
 
How often do you excersize in a week?
Do you run on a treadmill? I so make sure you change the gradient levels, try cycling or go to a spinning class, dance is also good!
 
Mix things up!! Try interval workouts they will shock your body and get your heart rate up really high. Try 2 a week and see how you feel........ they really worked for me!

Put more effort into your workouts
 
my diet and workout is strict. I weigh myself everyday in the morn, after my workout. look at how my weight bounces around, but if you draw an average line, you can see where i'm heading. :)
Just keep at it !
