Weight loss related to joint pain

Many of us think that losing weight rigorously might help in arthritis or joint pain. There are some conditions like if we lose more weight means it may follow us with back pain as we should have strong muscles in the sacroiliac to support the back and muscles should be toned to reduce the joint pain.
 
Weight loss is very important for obese people and its a general observation people with more weight have problems like walking or even standing properly because all excess weight puts a pressure on knee joints. Thus, losing weight is essential to avoid joint pain.
