hi everybody i am new to this forums ![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
im 18 years old, approximately 6'0 tall and weighing about 176 pounds
i go to the gym 6-7 days a week and have my goals set on that desired 6 pack
( i still have a pretty untoned stomach at the moment hehz)
every day i do about 40-50 mins cardio and 20 mins weight training rotating between upper body and lower body respectively (1 day lower body, 1 day upper body)
figured id start of with a question iv been curious with for some time,
if i want to achieve as much fat loss as possible while still building muscle
should i be doing high weight low reps or low weight high reps.
i understand that its a bad idea to choose conflicting goals and so iv gone with weight loss as my first goal followed by muscle gain
to achieve the most efficient weight loss should i follow the high weight or the low weight program?

thankyou for any help thats offered![Biggrinjester :biggrinjester: :biggrinjester:](/forum/styles/smilies/biggrinjester.gif)
