these are some things my friends have done or i have done and worked (if i stuck too it and really worked with it would have worked better).

weight watchers! i am also starting stax system. i also heard that the body makeover is a good one too.
 
Weight watchers is a good one in my oppinion, you don't have to starve yourself like you do with slim fast and many others. This is the one where you have different colour days, right?
 
Things that have worked for me

I don't know if they have Healthy Weigh diet centers everywhere or just where I'm at, but their program is awesome. You don't have to take pills or supplements or anything like that. You don't even have to exercise, but of course, it is always better for your body if you are active. But with Healthy Weigh you can still lose weight if you don't exercise. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months with Healthy Weigh (hehe, if you do have a Healthy Weigh in your area, then you know that sounds just like one of their commercials :) but it's true) I am currently looking online for a similar program. If you are able to locate a Healthy Weigh weight loss center,, they do have food you can purchase, but their representatives can also tell you how to eat food you can buy at the grocery store which is equal to their food. Their plan balances proteins and carbs and is extremely effective, but toward the end of your journey, they teach you how to eat regular food and lose weight so if you ask and tell them you would rather eat on your own then they can tell you which foods to eat from the start. The purpose of buying and eating their food is to make it easier for you to eat the right things and not overeat. But their cookies are great and I still ate those for my snacks. They also tell you what you can eat at each specific restaurant. By the way I DO NOT work for Healthy Weigh, I just lost weight with their program.
 
I have to admit I had the most success with the Atkins plan, which worked for me since I really enjoy meat. But ultimately was undone as I also enjoy fruits, grains, and potato. But while I adhered to the plan, I lost weight and if I remember correctly, my cholesterol dropped. But when I started "cheating", it gradually caught up with me. I even tried those "carb blocking" pills - cannot say they did much. The glycemic index works. But I haven't found a good way to stay within the bounds yet. If anyone has some good ideas, I'm game.
 
wow, seriously, your still pushing the pills??? Are you begging to be banned or whats the deal?
 
yea, i deleted a bunch of them earlier....she posted like 6 of the exact same post pushing those pills
 
I don't get this...this site is about weight loss right. I posted what worked for me and what didn't..and posted my 30 day pictures. I didn't mention what I used..just showed my pictures and I get deleted and told I am spamming? If people really want to see results and want to believe it works..why take off someone's pic who it has worked for?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you think people who are overweight want to stay that way..no, they come here to talk to others to see what worked for them. I am ticked that I post my progression pic over 30 days and told I am spamming?
 
By the way...the product I used was NOT pills..thanks! I never once said WHAT I used to lose my weight..the pic speak for itself as to how it works..and it is not this acai berry garbage you rant about..so before you delete me...ask!

I never once said I did isagenix..I said I did a thirty day program and posted my picture..people want to know what works..that did...but that is the first time I said what I did. I told YOU in a message what my product was..you posted that I was promoting pills?
