Weight loss plateau

Since Nov 2013, I've lost 30lbs with diet and consistently training 4-5x a week. The past 3 months I've hit a plateau and can't seem to lose anymore. I go from 125 to 120, and then back to 125 and I can't seem to get under that 120 mark. I'm only 5'2" so 125 still feels heavy to me and I still want to lose fat in my belly and love handles. I don't know if I'm making progress but the scale just isn't showing it or if my nutrition is off. I eat about 1200 calories a day.
135g- protein
70g- carbs
40g- fats

Picture on left is 7/22, middle is 8/13, and right one is from today 8/29. So about 5 weeks apart.

Please someone help!
 
hi Nittynat there is 3 things you can do:
1. check out your diet, you may overeating or consult with a dietitian about that.
2. you can add some HIIT training or do some other kind of sport activities & gradually increase intensity.
3. maybe stress/lack of sleep effect your weight loss.

if any of thos doesn't work, just keep moving. it's may take some time to overcome plateau but it will happen. constancy is the key.
