Hi I just recently signed up for this forum, and I've been reading alot of what people have posted. I need some advice on how to lose weight. I am currently 5'9 210 and I want to be down to at least 175-180. Over the Holidays I've gained at least 10 pounds. I am currently enrolled in a Bally Total Fitness and just yesterday to get back in the groove I did 30 min treadmill workout at 4.0 incline 4.5 speed. After I did 20 minutes of Sauna. I am thinking of getting some pills and I've been reading into the Hydroxycut. What are you guys thoughts on this? I desperately want to lose weight fast, but also do it the right way. My nutrition is just a piece of bread with cheese and turkey ham for breakfast with coffee and milk. For lunch I'll have either a chicken drumstick with 1 sweet potatoe or beans. When I get home which is around 5PM I eat a meal of either steak (not-fried) or chicken with some side salad. I don't drink any coke. I just started doing this now and I'd like to know if there is something else I can do to speed my weight loss process. I'm also thinking about going to the gym 2 times a day. Morning will be for strictly cardio and the afternoon for weight lifting. I like to lift light but high REPS. I have read to eat 5-6 times a day... I don't know if I should apply something like that to my diet i'm not sure. I mostly do need some advice on maybe any diet pills you guys would recommend? Right now I am only taking Centrum vitamin pills after every meal. I appreciate any feedback on this guys. Thank you very much!!
