Weight loss mthod advice

Hi so i'm starting a new weighth loss mehod.
I'm 18
5'8
14 stone
and am hoping to get down to around 11 stone.

um i'm no sure how many calories i usually take in but currently is usually have
breakfast: cereal
10.30 snack: apple
lunch: sandwhich +crisps
2.15 orange
5- chocolate bar
7.30 dinner

my gym routing isi uasually 3 30 minute sessions on the cross trainer, 3 15 minute sessions rowing
then i do about 3-20 min sessions of weights where i try to work most the muscle groups.
I've been doing this on and off for a couple of months but now i've started keeping up with it and have done it consistantly for 3 weeks

I also usually play football a couple of times a week and do martial arts.

I'm starting a new diet where i alternate the types of foods i eat based on the fatloss4idiots diet. I can't keep to what they suggest as i don't have the time to make the meals they suggest plus i just can't cook anyway. So what i'm doing is changing what i eat and taking in more protein and less cardohydrates like breads etc.

I mean my diets not really that bad its just that hving become overwieght when trying to slim down i usally succomb to binging a couple of times a week or i'll jut eat when i don't need t. But i'm improving on this and gaining more self control.

Anyway i was wondering what you guys thought of my routine and diet plan? Do you have any suggestions?
