Heyy Guys my name is David I'm here to help , learn & find out different ways people have lost weight and what works out best for them.
The reason is for the past year I have been going on my own health/ weight lose journey & have found so many different tips, tricks & ways people have been successful in burning of those calories.

Going from what I was too what I am now took hard work , diet requirements , and discipline to drop 10kg, I would love to learn & hear how other people have done the same as I have.

My diet considered of : Food - mince , carrot, broccoli , nuts , bananas , berries , greek yoghut , & meal replacement protein powder.
Supplements : L-Arginine , (Any) Meal replacement powder , & Lean Belly 3x.

Let me know what you think & how you accomplished your goals.

I know you're just a spammer and I should ignore you but there's one thing I want to stress anyway: your diet sounds awfully bland. Nobody is going to eat just those things for the rest of their lives and that means what you propose is going to cause people who take you seriously to regain whatever weight they lose and just feel bad about themselves. The only diet that works long-term is one you're happy to keep up long-term.
