Hello I'm new to all this but have been working hard to sort my weight out this past year and yesterday received some recognition from the gym I use so thought I'd share.
Unfortunately I don't know how to post a link to the actual article but should you use Facebook search for David Lloyd Exeter and it's fairly easy to find as it was only posted yesterday and has a picture of me titled 'Matts Journey', I think it is quite amazing what can be achieved when you put your mind to it.
