Hello to all, excited to be here. I posted this comment in another section. Sorry for that... I am new here. I have been struggling with my weight for some years now. I guess I started letting go of my weight once I got married and started living the good life (eating out, sweets, cakes, etc. etc.). Last year I decided that enough was enough and I started to change my eating habits and a little bit of exercise. I am down 25 lbs but have been stuck in the same weight (plateau) for many months now. I am hoping to get past that and finally be on my way to achieving that goal of being on my ideal weight.
